Tyrants have always carefully contrived to weaken their subjects and to take from them all virtue. They have never feared anything so much as arms and valor.
— Étienne de La Boétie. Discourse on Voluntary Servitude.
Capitalism chains culture to profit, binds freedom to utility, and weighs the human spirit on the scales of the market. Yet we shall not yield. Every voice of valor that resists commodification shall now rise from the margins, demanding its right to exist
— and this is our story.
Rise Armed
Introduction
Capitalism has reigned as a tyrant.
It has weakened and silenced the rebellious spirit.
It has reduced and bent every act to the economy.
But now—
We shall blind the raging Plutus.
We shall break the tyranny of wealth.
We shall redesign capitalism.
Yet... how did this monotheistic capitalism come to be?
Why did the economy take the throne of value?
Why was all else driven to the margins?
Why did it become a machinery of violence?
Aristophanes prophesied its arrival:
in the Plutus myth.

— and thereby, the marginalized by Capitalism…
They may conduct research that shakes the very century.
They may organise movements that resolve the social crisis.
They may create art that transforms the souls of the people.
Yet still—within capitalism—none of this shall yield its reward, unless it is descends into the form of a commodity.
Thus, capitalism makes any pursuit serve only economic value: for those rejecting its network for non-economic pursuits are left marginalized, in hardship, as once were the Greek gods. And then most fell into the voluntary servitude of Plutus.
Such is the force of Plutian Eye, and it has shaped the machinery of monotheistic capitalism. The gravity has absorbed countless beings into itself, and silenced them — as if it were Plutus Devouring His Son.
Thus we proclaim our Mission:
Blind Plutus

Capitalism
What’s at Issue
How is that violent capitalism reproduced? That is Reductionism to Economic Value — namely, to Commodity.
“ Where lies the arms that shall Blind Plutus ”
Thus, the gravity of the Plutian Eye is the gravity of Commodification.
The alternative to the Commodity is the very arms that Blind Plutus.
In one word, Decommodification is Liberation from Plutus’ tyranny.

Art, research, and even social contribution must be commodified in order to yield profit. For otherwise, those values would weaken — and, in the end, be extinguished. There is no alternative. Thus, the economy becomes the throne of value in Monotheistic Capitalism
that is the question.
